Hey I’m Marlon, the founder and lead video strategist at Vireo Video. As a YouTube Certified Consultant in Audience Growth and Digital Rights Management, I work with my team to help our clients develop effective video content strategies and funnels that convert viewers into customers.
Prior to Vireo Video, I worked at the world’s largest YouTube network (BBTV) consulting some of the largest channels on YouTube. I’m also a content creator myself, though I’ve recently been focusing on creating great videos for the Vireo Video channel.
When I’m not working, I love playing beach volleyball, freediving, and adventuring with my golden retriever and wife.

Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m the Director of Operations at Vireo Video. I’m a highly organized, operations professional with 10 years experience in operations across multiple startups and in a variety of industries. I love everything about strategy, processes and how things run! Outside the office you will likely find me walking, jogging, or running! I love moving my body in all forms, the fresh air and people watching in the city. If one of those leads me to a croissant I’m never mad as I’m always on the hunt for the best croissant in the city. Whether competing in marathons or just for some fresh air, going for a run is something I always feel good about.

These days, anyone can edit, but I focus on creating videos that actually drive results and feel true to the brand, not generic content that blends in or feels disconnected from who you are.
Outside of work, I’m into sports, martial arts, and the gym. I try to stay grounded, healthy, and honest, especially when it comes to staying true to who I am, even when it’s not the easy choice. I believe each of us has a unique voice and identity, and we should express it exactly as it is.

Before joining Vireo, I spent over 10 years crafting stories through video editing, motion graphics, and cinematography. I’m also the creator behind a YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers, where I explore storytelling, history, and urban culture through cinematic documentaries. That experience deeply influences how I approach creativity and audience connection at Vireo.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me filming new ideas, exploring cities and landscapes, or nerding out about how design and culture intersect.

Hi there, I’m Alex Bains, a Channel Manager here at Vireo Video. I come from a background in production, having over a decade of experience as a Producer. I have worked across a wide range of industries, helping small to enterprise-level clients actualize their marketing goals. I harness these experiences to best understand our clients from a holistic perspective, supporting our team to deliver the best possible YouTube strategy.
Prior to Vireo I worked as a Content Lead at TSM, the world’s most valuable Esports organization, spearheading their YouTube content strategy and production.
