1) Service Overview
Vireo provides YouTube marketing services aimed at enhancing your online presence, increasing engagement, and driving results for your business.
2) Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept credit card payments securely processed through Stripe.
3) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice.
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement signed by the client.
4) Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for the provision of services.
Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their use of our services.
5) Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, Vireo assigns to the Client ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for the Client under the service agreement, including final video files, thumbnails, scripts, and metadata created for the Client’s channel.
Vireo retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, methodologies, processes, templates, internal tools, frameworks, and know-how used to deliver our services, including any improvements or developments to the foregoing. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of these materials to the Client.
6) Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
7) Limitation of Liability
Vireo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of our services.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

8) Third-Party Platforms and Use of AI
Third-party platforms: Our services rely on third-party platforms, including YouTube, Google Ads, and other services owned by Google and other providers. These platforms control their own algorithms, policies, features, monetization rules, and account standing, all of which may change without notice and are outside Vireo’s control. Vireo does not guarantee specific outcomes, including view counts, subscriber growth, revenue, search ranking, ad performance, or continued availability of any platform feature. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts in good standing and complying with each platform’s terms of service.
Use of AI: Vireo may use artificial intelligence and automated tools as part of our service delivery, including for research, analysis, optimization, transcription, and content support. A member of our team reviews AI-assisted outputs before they inform recommendations or deliverables. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publishing or distributing them. Further information about our use of AI is available in our Privacy Policy.
